This portal is provided for credential application workflow support. Users agree to provide accurate information and use the portal only for authorized purposes.

Security & Access

• Access is limited to approved applicants, network admins, and authorized super admins.
• Role and network permissions are enforced to restrict record visibility.
• Credential workflow actions and communications are logged for auditability.
• Submitted files are stored in private storage with controlled retrieval links.
• Sessions are managed with security controls, including password reset and timeout protections.

Service Availability

The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability Limits

Architect Ministry Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from portal use.
